Safety & Compliance

Safety is the foundation of the SKES project. The planned management system is being developed to support regulatory compliance, disciplined maintenance practices, transparent reporting, effective risk control and continuous improvement throughout the future organization.

Safety First

Every person will be expected to protect airworthiness, stop work when conditions are unsafe, report hazards and errors, and support a fair and learning-focused safety culture.

Compliance by Design

Facilities, procedures, maintenance data, tooling, personnel authorizations and records are being developed with the intention of meeting applicable European aircraft-maintenance requirements and the conditions established by the competent authority.

Quality & Safety Oversight

Planned systems include independent compliance monitoring, internal audits, occurrence reporting, safety-risk management, corrective-action control and management review.

Information Security

The project will incorporate proportionate controls to protect maintenance information, technical records, digital systems and operational continuity against information-security risks.

Approval Status

SKES Engine MRO is not currently an approved maintenance organization. Certification and the approved scope will be published only after formal acceptance by the competent authority.
