About SKES Engine MRO
SKES Engine MRO is a planned European aircraft engine maintenance project being developed around safety, regulatory compliance, technical discipline and dependable customer support. The objective is to establish a modern organization capable of maintaining selected commercial turbofan engine families within a formally approved scope.
Our Purpose
To build a trusted engine-maintenance organization where safety comes first, work is performed to approved data, records remain fully traceable and customers receive clear, professional support.
Development Approach
The project is progressing through coordinated development of facilities, tooling, maintenance data, personnel competence, quality and safety systems, information security, supplier arrangements and the documentation required for regulatory approval.
Current Status
SKES Engine MRO is not yet an approved or operational maintenance organization. Maintenance services will commence only after certification by the competent authority, and all work will remain limited to the formally approved scope.
Planned Facility Concept
The images below illustrate the preliminary SKES facility concept, including the proposed engine-maintenance buildings and supporting infrastructure. The final configuration will be developed following confirmation of the site, detailed engineering studies and regulatory requirements.
