Planned Engine MRO Capabilities
SKES Engine MRO is being developed to provide structured maintenance, repair and overhaul support for selected commercial turbofan engine families. All capabilities described on this page are planned and remain subject to certification, approved maintenance data, available facilities, qualified personnel and the final capability list accepted by the competent authority.
Engine Induction & Incoming Inspection
Planned processes include engine receipt, identification and preservation-status checks; customer records and work-package review; incoming visual inspection; configuration verification; and confirmation of the customer-approved work scope before maintenance begins.
Engine Maintenance & Overhaul
Planned shop processes include controlled disassembly, cleaning, inspection, damage assessment, repair or replacement, reassembly, applicable testing and release within the organization’s approved scope.
Module & Component Support
Planned maintenance support will cover approved engine modules and components, including inspection, repair coordination, replacement, assembly and traceable recording, subject to the final capability list.
Engineering, Records & Customer Support
Planned technical support includes work scope review, configuration control, maintenance-record management, AD and SB assessment, life-limited-part status review and structured coordination with customers.
Capability Status
Engine-family capability targets, maintenance levels and release privileges remain under technical, commercial and regulatory evaluation. No capability described on this website shall be interpreted as an approved maintenance rating until it appears in the organization’s formally accepted approval schedule and capability list.
